Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Status Summary

  • New Order – This is the first stage of the confirmed order process. You have paid for your order and it will soon be reviewed by our customer services team to move to the Warehouse for picking.
  • Being Processed – Your order is with the Warehouse being picked.
  • Pending Payment – Your order is awaiting payment.
  • On Hold – There may be an issue with your order. e.g Items on back order, or awaiting payment for international shipping. We will contact you shortly.
  • Completed – Your order has been shipped and is on it’s way.
