Delivery Information

Standard UK Delivery

  • Available to any address with a standard UK postcode.
  • Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt.  Any delay we will notify you by e-mail.
  • Standard delivery time after dispatch is 2-3 working days.  Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man please an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.
  • Please allow 5 working days for delivery of UK mainland standard deliveries & 7-8 working days to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man.  This does not include weekends & bank holidays.

Standard delivery for most UK orders is £3.95, the exceptions being those for Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man which have a Standard delivery charge of £4.50 which may also require an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.

Express (2 Working Days – UK Mainland Only) – Excludes Highlands & Islands

  • All orders placed before 3pm, will be delivered within 2 working days.  This excludes weekends & Bank Holidays.
    • e.g Orders placed before 3pm on a Monday will be delivered on or before Wednesday.  Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered on or before Thursday.
    • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched no later than Tuesday & delivered on Wednesday.  (Please add additional days for Bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.
  • Working days are MON-FRI only excluding Bank Holidays.
  • If you have an urgent order, and it has passed the 3pm cut off, please call our Order line number 01953 797227 and we will do our utmost  to assist.
  • UK Mainland covers; England, Wales & parts of Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands (see below).

Next Working Day Courier Delivery

  • For same day despatch orders must be placed before 1pm.
  • Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery – UK mainland only £11.50

Export Orders – International Shipping Limited Locations.

Our minimum charge for export shipping is £15  (plus local Duty + VAT + Handling fees, payable to courier).

  • Once we receive your order we will pick pack & weigh your order and then find the most cost effective shipping solution.
  • Once we have this we will email you a quote for the shipping cost.
  • Only when we receive your confirmation that this additional cost is acceptable will we process the payment for shipping and complete your order.
  • Due to tightening security laws on payments we may need to send a separate invoice for any additional shipping costs.
  • If do not wish to proceed with your order, any payments made will be refunded in full and the order cancelled.
  • Any UK VAT paid at the point of placing your order will be used to offset the shipping cost.
  • We are unable to ship dried goods out of the UK, any orders placed for dried goods will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE : Local customs Duty (usually less than 5%), VAT and a handling/processing charge may be applicable to your purchase.  These costs will be notified to you by the delivering courier when your goods reach the destination country.

Please ensure you are aware of any potential customs costs before placing your order as any customs clearance costs in the recipient country will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Refunds will not be offered for any goods held or returned due to failed customs clearance based on failure to pay customs fees.  We shall not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charge(s) incurred through our carriage and/or delivery of any order and you must satisfy yourself as to whether any of these charges will become due, and if so in what amounts, before completing an order with us. If any such charges become due as a result of carriage and/or delivery of a Consignment on your behalf and are charged to us by any competent authority you agree to reimburse us fully in respect of the same within 7 days of our payment request notification.
